Frequent Questions
What is the age limit for jumpers?
Because we are such a large facility, there really is not an age limit on jumpers. We do
however, have a special area of approximately 1,000 square feet called "Toddler Town"
which is sectioned off from the rest of the jump arena. Only children under the height of 33inches
are allowed in Toddler Town. All other inflatables in our center are appropriate for children of
all ages.
How soon should I book my party?
As soon as possible. Our party rooms are booked on a first come first served basis, so
the sooner you book your party, the better your selection will be. It is not uncommon for
parties to be scheduled four to eight weeks in advance! Note: we
cannot guarantee your reservation without payment. All payments are non-refundable.
Can I reschedule my party once I have selected a date?
As a general rule, we ask that you please do not ask us to reschedule a party. Please try to understand, we have
sold you the time slot you requested and most likely we have turned other customers away as that time slot was held for
you. The chances of us being able to resell your time slot greatly deminishes as we get closer to the actual date of your
party. As such, no rescheduling is permitted without a minimum of twenty-one calendar days notice.
What does Jumping Party of Fort Worth provide for my party?
Depending on the party package you select, we provide a private party room decorated in bright
colors with table cloths, plates, forks, napkins and a box of juice for all your child guests.
We are happy to match the colors of your theme or cake at no additional charge.
Can we just come for Open Jump and bring our cake, etc?
No. We are in the Birthday Party business and we believe our rates are extremely
competitive for all that we provide. We are also very conscience that many guests to your impromptu party
will not be experiencing the full Jumping Party experience and therefore leave Jumping Party with a less
than excited feeling. Therefore, no cakes, celebrations, presents, etc
will be allowed unless you have reserved a party hrough one of our many
party packages. PLEASE DO NOT ASK US TO DEVIATE
FROM THIS POLICY AS WE SIMPLY CANNOT. If the price of a birthday party package
presents a true hardship for you, we suggest that you have your cake, presents, etc
at home and come to Jumping Party for the open jump portion of your party.
What decorations can I bring?
You are free to bring banners (thumb tacks, tape and staples are not allowed to be used when hanging banners),
hats, noise makers, etc. But we cannot allow the following outside items to be brought into our facility: pinatas, confetti,
silly string or bubbles. All of these forbidden items cause a real and serious safety hazard in a facility such as
Jumping Party. We have balloons available for purchase either individually or included in various
Party Packages but you are welcome to bring your own balloons if you prefer.
How many guests can I invite?
This varies based on the Party Package
you have selected.
Can I bring soft drinks, etc?
POLICY CHANGE EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 7TH, 2007: You are now allowed to bring snacks and drinks into our facility.
While we still sell drinks and snacks, we want Jumping Party to be an economical entertainment value for all persons who
would like to use our facility.
There are some simple rules that we must follow however...
1) all coolers must be inspected at the check in counter as no alcohol or glass containers are permitted at our facility.
2) all guests must be clean before being permitted onto the inflatable equipment. If your child tends to wear his or her
lunch, please consider bringing a change of clothes or a bib to help us keep the equipment clean for the enjoyment of all
our guests.
3) jumping, running and playing can sometimes cause a child to get an upset tummy after eating. We ask that you please help
us by keeping an eye on your little one. No one wants a child to get ill especially while playing at such a wonderful place
as Jumping Party.
4) We cannot allow any foods that require onsite heating or preperation. All foods brought into our facility must
be "ready to eat" such as pizza, sandwiches, finger food, etc.
5) all food and drink (except unflavored water) must be consumed on the tiled area at the front of the store as always.
Do you have a water fountain?
No. Water fountains quickly become unsanitary as well as becoming an unsafe obstacle in
such a vigorously active center like Jumping Party. You may however bring bottled water for
the children and guests if you so desire.
Can we bring food other than cake?
Yes. You are welcome to bring food for your guests but we ask that you keep it simple.
We cannot allow any food that has to be prepared or heated onsite. Finger foods, chips,
and the like are fine.
Should we open presents at Jumping Party?
This is a personal decision that only you can make, but from our experience most guests at
a birthday party have little interest in sitting still while the birthday boy or girl opens
presents. Therefore, we suggest that you not open gifts here. Some
party packages do offer a Party Hostess to assist you
with the opening of presents should you so desire.
Are my guests required to sign waivers?
Absolutely. No one is allowed in the jump arena without a signed waiver on file. Your
guests will be given a waiver when they arrive or you can pick them up in advance to
send with your invitations.
What other safety rules are there?
All participants must wear socks regardless of age, weight, etc. No earrings, belts, eye glasses
or jewelry are allowed for the safety of each participant. Particpants are not allowed to
have anything in their mouth such as candy, food, gum or any foriegn object as these items
present a severe choking hazard in a jumping and bouncing play area. Our ride operators
will also be on hand to help enforce these and other safety concerns as needed to keep all
participants safe.
What type of music do you play while my party is in session?
We have a wide selection of age appropriate contemporary Chistian music and our sound system is awesome.
What about bad weather?
Our policy is simple... if the weather requires us to close (for the safety of our employees and guests) then you
will be permitted to reschedule you party at the earliest possible date and time. If we deem weather conditions as
being safe for our store to stay open, then all parties will be expected to take place as scheduled and no
rescheduling is permitted.
